Program and sender

An enabled program sends inspection renewal and appointment messages for the service shop identified at opt-in, using InspectRenew and messaging providers. The shop’s registered identity, support contact, and program disclosure must be shown before enrollment. Permission for one shop does not apply to another shop or InspectRenew marketing.

Participation is optional. Consent to recurring automated marketing texts about inspection renewals is not a condition of purchase. Enrollment requires your affirmative action under the shop’s displayed disclosure; no prechecked box, bundled inspection signature, cookie choice, or payment assent substitutes for it.

Requested-appointment messages require their own appropriate permission. Permission for an existing appointment does not authorize solicitation of a new paid inspection. Declining SMS leaves email, phone, or manual service arrangements available through the shop.

Frequency and charges

The proposed renewal program allows up to three reminders per service cycle, with separate updates for appointments you request. The shop must disclose and enforce its actual frequency across your sites and equipment before activation.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your number current and notify the shop if you no longer control it.

STOP and withdrawal

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the shop’s texts. You can also contact the shop through the contact shown at enrollment, or ask InspectRenew for help through the contact below. Reasonable requests to stop must be honored, including requests received through support.

The intended program sends one confirmation of withdrawal and suppresses further messages, including queued or manual sends. Re-enrollment requires appropriate current permission; START does not authorize unrelated marketing. Imports or account migration must not erase an existing opt-out.

HELP and support

Reply HELP for the sending shop’s assistance details, or contact the shop directly. For platform assistance, use the contact below and identify the shop and sending number. Do not send sensitive inspection information to support unless requested through an appropriate channel.

Mobile information and privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers process them only to operate the authorized program.

Permission and opt-out evidence may include your number, shop identity, purpose, displayed disclosure and version, affirmative action, collection time and channel, delivery records, and proportionate technical evidence. Retention periods remain subject to the approved privacy and DPA schedules.

Delivery and service limits

Messages may be delayed or fail. A reminder is not an emergency alert or a determination of an AHJ deadline. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment. Contact the shop directly for scheduling and keep an independent record of safety-critical deadlines.

Shop identity, campaign approval, permission evidence, local sending schedules, frequency limits, and STOP/HELP handling must be verified before customer activation. Publishing these terms is not evidence that those controls have passed validation.
