Our accessibility goal

We aim to make the public website and essential inspection workflows usable by people with disabilities, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the target. This includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable contrast, zoom and reflow, labeled controls, and understandable errors.

Scope and current limitations

The assessment scope includes signup, field inspection, signatures, verification, booking, report PDFs, and billing/cancellation. Complete manual assistive-technology testing of these journeys is still pending. Automated checks alone do not establish accessibility conformance.

Drawing signatures, generated PDFs, and third-party checkout or account portals need particular review. An accessible alternative to a drawing-only signature must be confirmed for the affected workflow. We do not claim that every document or third-party interface currently meets the target.

Request assistance or report a barrier

Use the contact below with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, what prevented it, and—if you wish—your browser or assistive technology. Please avoid including private inspection records.

Tell us the format or method that would help you, such as a text description or assistance completing a step. We will work with you on an appropriate alternative. There is no published response-time guarantee at this stage.

Review and improvement

Accessibility review should combine automated checks with keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, and contrast testing across complete journeys. Reported barriers will inform fixes and updates to this statement. The date above identifies this statement version, not the completion date of an audit.
