- For a bug: the page, what you expected, and what happened.
- For billing: the plan and the date of the charge.
Before you write
Most questions about TCE filing, QR tags, offline drafts, and plans are answered in the FAQ. Prices are public on the pricing page; you do not need a sales call to start the 14-day trial.
Records entered by your service company
If you are a building owner asking about an inspection record, contact the service company that performed the work first; they control their records. We may verify authority before changing or disclosing records.
