Why it exists
Small fire protection shops do the inspection and then lose the next one: the paper tag fades, the record sits in a folder, and nobody reminds the building owner until a competitor calls first. Enterprise fire suites solve a bigger problem for bigger crews, usually after a demo and a quote. InspectRenew is built for the shop with 1 to 5 technicians that wants the report finished on site and the renewal back on the calendar.
Who makes it
InspectRenew is an independent software product in its launch period. It is new: there are no customer counts, ratings, or testimonials on this site, because we only publish ones that are real. The operating company’s legal name and mailing address will be published on this page; until then, reach us at support@inspectrenew.com.
What InspectRenew is not
- Not a fire protection company. We do not inspect, service, or certify equipment.
- Not an NFPA or AHJ approval. Reports are business records; we are not affiliated with NFPA.
- Not a filing service. We do not submit to The Compliance Engine or any AHJ portal.
- Not a full field service suite: no sprinkler or alarm ITM, backflow, dispatch, payroll, or QuickBooks.
How we write our guides
Our field guides, state guides, and comparisons cite public sources, carry a research date, and say “unconfirmed” when the sources do not settle a question. They support recordkeeping; they do not replace the adopted code, manufacturer instructions, or your AHJ. Spot an error? Email support@inspectrenew.com and we will correct it.
