Sample fire extinguisher inspection report
This sample fire extinguisher inspection report shows what InspectRenew produces: equipment, service date, findings, and customer signature in one place, plus a QR code the owner can scan later. It uses fictional data and is not a valid inspection certificate.
Download the sample certificate (PDF) ↓The PDF is generated from fictional demo records.
QR verification
A short path back to the record.
In a completed report, the QR points to a public verification page with the fields approved for public access. The illustration above contains a demonstration QR, not a live inspection record.
A QR label complements the physical service tag. It does not replace required tag fields, licenses, or local filings.
SHA-256 integrity
Check the file against its fingerprint.
The generated PDF receives a SHA-256 hash. Comparing a file’s hash with the stored original can reveal that the bytes changed. Merely scanning a QR does not inspect a separate file on your device.
A captured customer signature and a file hash are not a PAdES digital signature, identity certification, or proof that an AHJ approved the work.
Where the report comes from
Reports like this are generated by InspectRenew’s fire extinguisher inspection software and hood cleaning software. See pricing or the fire extinguisher inspection checklist.
